- The R4L 1-5 Process
This process is designed to educate and equip a business owner with the knowledge and support needed to become more successful. The 1-5 process consists of:- Step 1: We learn about you, your business, your vision, your goals, your likes & dislikes, and more.
- Step 2: We analyze your business using a questionnaire and 15 ratios and benchmarks including: common size ratios, liquidity ratios, efficiency & operational ratios, solvency ratios, etc.
- Step 3: We review our findings, identify your strengths and weaknesses, and help you develop a 3-5 year strategic plan based on our findings and your stated goals.
- Step 4: We help you develop a calculated action plan based on the strategic plan and help you implement that plan.
- Step 5: We stick with you every step of the way, not only holding you and your business accountable, but ensuring proper and timely execution of the action plan. Lastly, based on what your business manager learns about you and your business needs in step one, we provide day-to-day management and admin support.
